Our pastries celebrate the excellence of artisanal baking, with delicious homemade cakes, fragrant croissants, small pastries and bread that’s always fresh, as well as mountain yoghurt, cereals, muesli and dried fruit. For those who prefer savoury dishes, our buffet is a true celebration of the Upper Valtellina. We carefully select local cured meats and cheeses, which bear witness to the gastronomic richness of our valleys, pairing them with freshly prepared eggs and fresh bread. A tribute to our land, honouring our Alpine roots, ideal for an energising and refined start to the day.

The delicacies on the buffet are complemented by a special focus on the coffee bar and the variety of teas, herbal teas and beverages. The selection includes freshly squeezed juices, fruit juices, fresh mountain milk and a range of plant-based alternatives, such as soya and oat milk, to ensure an excellent service that caters to every preference.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served every morning from 7.30 am to 10.00 am in the Decanter Restaurant.
