What are the opening hours for massages?
Massages and treatments are available daily from 10.30 am to 7.00 pm in a dedicated area within the Sensoria Spa.
Can I check availability straight away, or is it better to book in advance?
Our staff are always on hand to check availability, even at short notice. However, to ensure you have a wider choice and to help us organise your stay, we recommend booking in advance. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a full list of treatments and rituals, giving you the chance to book your favourite before you arrive.
Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. After this time, you will be charged for the full treatment.
Can I book a massage in my room?
At present, treatments are available exclusively at the Sensoria Spa, a space designed to ensure an atmosphere and a standard of quality that are difficult to replicate in a guest room.
Do you use natural cosmetics?
Yes, we use natural, vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics from the Team Dr. Joseph range, chosen for the quality of their formulations and the effectiveness of their treatments, which have won 96 international awards. The products are also available to purchase, so you can take a little piece of your Sensoria Spa experience home with you.
