We are a 4-star resort designed to offer you an exclusive stay combining comfort, nature and well-being. The surroundings are tastefully appointed and elegant, yet the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming: a concept of accessible sophistication, where you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
Where exactly are you?
We are located in Arnoga, situated at the entrance to Val Viola, halfway between Bormio and Livigno, both of which can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. A convenient and scenic location, surrounded by unspoilt nature yet close to all the best attractions of the Upper Valtellina.
Which are the nearest ski resorts?
Thanks to our strategic location, halfway between Bormio, Valdidentro and Livigno, you can reach the ski resorts in around 15 minutes by car and choose every day from among the most renowned ski areas in the Alps – resorts that have just hosted the 2026 Winter Olympics.
Is the venue easy to reach by car?
Yes, it’s easy to get here by car. We’re located on the SS301 del Foscagno, the road linking Bormio and Livigno, which is open and passable all year round. The road is regularly maintained even in winter, so you can reach us without any difficulty.
Is there a car park or a garage?
Yes, we have a large, private, free outdoor car park. We also offer a covered garage with CCTV surveillance. A small surcharge applies at certain times of the year, and the garage can be heated when necessary. If you’re travelling by electric car, we also have a Repower Giotto charging point, which can be conveniently managed via an app.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes, we have the Decanter Restaurant, which serves traditional Valtellina dishes and creative reinterpretations, as well as a cosy bistro for quick lunches, aperitifs and a relaxed atmosphere. We are also setting up a lounge bar with entertainment and live music for the evenings.
Is half-board available?
Of course! You can choose the half-board option and dine every evening in our Decanter Restaurant, or opt for the B&B option and decide on the spot where to spend your evening. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for half-board.
Is there a spa?
Yes. During your stay, you can relax at the Sensoria Spa, our wellness centre featuring a Finnish sauna, a hay sauna, a Turkish bath, a Maja hot tub, a rock grotto with a waterfall, and a natural Kneipp path. You can also soak in the Jacuzzi in the panoramic tower with 360° views and book treatments and rituals designed to promote the well-being of both body and mind. The Spa is included in the price. Treatments, massages and wellness rituals are available by booking and subject to a charge, and can also be booked before arrival. Access is permitted for guests aged 14 and over
Do you allow pets?
Yes, small pets are welcome in some of our rooms. Access to the spa and wellness areas is not permitted.
